We offer "same-day" and "walk-in" appointments for your convenience and peace of mind. We are also a teaching facility for future nurses, nurse practitioners, and medical students.

We offer a comprehensive array of services to meet all of your urgent and primary care needs. Health promotion and disease prevention is the hallmark of primary care. That is why all of our providers are board-certified in primary/family care and can help you keep track of your health. We make sure you are up-to-date on all preventative screenings such as: colonoscopies, mammograms, pap smears, bone-density tests, and bloodwork.

Preparing for your first appointment at Buellton Medical Center has just gotten easier! Print out the following forms (either in English or Spanish), complete them, and bring them to your appointment to speed up the registration process. You may also do the registration process electronically! When making the appointment with our receptionist, please ask for patient portal access.
