Dr. Kelly graduated in 2007 from Western States Chiropractic College (WSCC) in Portland, Oregon with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He is licensed in Washington State and is accepting new patients. Dr. Kelly chose to attend Western States Chiropractic College (WSCC), which is the second oldest chiropractic college in the world.

Cash Pay: We offer a reasonable cash pay amount for patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage. Auto Accident Insurance: If you are involved in an auto accident, we will need your Personal Injury Protection (PIP) insurance policy information and claim number. No referral is necessary.
