I am Rachael Roberts, Founder of Avery Aesthetics Kent. I am a registered nurse with over 8 years industry experience graduating from Canterbury Christ Church University in Canterbury with a Bsc in Adult Nursing & registered on the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council).

I have undertaken a wide variety of aesthetics training in Harley street and numerous other places with top industry professionals to ensure that I can provide treatments that are safe and effective.Being a medical professional, I keep my training and knowledge up to date by attending regular courses and I am trained in many advanced procedures.

Wrinkle relaxing injections - also known as 'Botox' are a prescription only medication used to improve the appearance of lines and wrinkles. It is in fact the most popular non-surgical facial aesthetics treatment in the world. It acts by blocking the nerve signals that cause the muscles to contract therefore stopping the movement and the formation of lines and wrinkles.

At Avery Aesthetics, we use only the most advanced dermal fillers available, clinically proven for their efficacy and longevity. This ensures optimal, long-lasting results for our patients. To increase patient comfort, we use fillers containing lidocaine to help numb the treatment area, and local anaesthetic is available if requested during your initial consultation.

After properly cleansing and prepping the skin, the skin is held taut and a scalpel held at a 45-degree angle is used to gently exfoliate the skin by scraping off the top layer of dead cells. This procedure also removes vellus hair (commonly referred to as peach fuzz). A medical grade hyaluronic acid mask is then applied to leave your skin hydrated and glowing.

Microblading is a cosmetic technique in which a small hand held tool made of several tiny needles is used to deposit semi-permanent pigment to the skin. A traditional tattoo, which is permanent, the coloring from microblading may last for up to 2 years. This is because microblading requires the use of different tools and a smaller amount of pigment.
