All property management companies and Leasing Agents are required to be licensed to manage and lease real estate in Alabama. We are the leading management company for condo rentals in Tuscaloosa as we also manage most condominium associations in Tuscaloosa.

Online through your tenant portal or at any PayNearMe location with the bar code provided by the office staff. We do not accept any payments in the office. You will need to notify your property manager and then apply through PetScreening.com. Once approved, a non-refundable pet fee will be charged ($350 for the first, $100 for the second) and monthly pet rent will be added ($30 for the first, +$10 for the second).
