A complex coffee with a floral bouquet, bright acidity and flavors hinting of cinnamon, this is a single origin coffee from the women owned RAOS co-op. Heavy bodied, pungent, and considered to be dry with a musty, chocolatey aroma and notes of spice and nuts. Bright big citrus, lemon acidity, black currant, spice, nutmeg, great intense body/balance clean, chocolate, sugar cane aftertaste.

All our coffees are selected from small estates around the world, then small batch roasted every week for freshness and flavor. We use bags with one-way degassing valves which allow air pressure to exit from inside the package while preventing air from entering. This guarantees that all coffee you order from us will taste as fresh as the day it was roasted.
