Report
May last anywhere from 60-90 minutes. Medical, psychiatric, and social histories are reviewed and discussed. At the end of this session we will offer you our diagnostic opinion as well as an initial treatment plan. We will also provide appropriate psycho-education and support. Typically lasts 90 minutes.

We accept HSA and credit cards, check, and cash, which are due in full at the time of service. Please contact us to inquire about our fees.
