The Chenoa Fund is an affordable housing program provided throughout the United States by CBC Mortgage Agency (CBCMA). CBCMA offers several options that include down payment assistance in the form of a second mortgage. All programs offer 3.5% in down payment funds for the second mortgage. Yes! 100% YES!
