Absolute ProCare is great! And Wes was great also! This was my first time using their service and I was really impressed by their knowledge, suggestions and professionalism. More importantly my carpet was really clean and fresh. I have pets so their odor can be really bad at times but he was able to get out all the stains and provide my home with a really good smelling pet odor eliminator.

1. Do you guarantee your work? Yes, we do. No questions asked! Simply call our office within 1 week from your cleaning and we can set up a time to come out and touch up the area in question. ProCare can remove it and we will. Our #1 goal is to make you happy. That said, we are forced to acknowledge some stains are permanent.

Once I arrive at your residence, I will do a walk-thru with you, taking note of all areas you would like cleaned. I'll ask you to point out any areas of concern (spots and high traffic areas).

Absolute ProCare just left my house and it is a 100% night and day difference! They are the best ever and we can't thank them enough for saving the day! The big name companies can't compare to these guys. We had Absolute come to our old house and they worked miracles on that carpet, so we knew we had to call them to our new house. Our carpet now looks brand new and the whole house smells amazing. They got out pet stains from the previous owners and made sure the carpet is totally spotless, including the stairs. They are true professionals who take pride in their work, are on-time, have great prices

Wes is here currently taking care of our sectional and recliner! I have two little ones! 2 years old and 1 years old and I have dirty hand prints and stains from snacks all over. My furniture is literally looking brand new so far and he's not even done! It smells SO SO SO good. 100% will be our only cleaner from now on! Will be scheduling an appointment soon for our carpet! Overall 10/10 exceeded all expectations!

I've used other carpet cleaning companies, large chain organizations, who did all right. This company was over the top. They were able to come out after office hours, which fits my schedule well. Two rooms and an easy chair only took an hour. He was friendly and professional. I will definitely keep them in mind when my toddler and dog mess up the carpet again.

I've tried the "big guys" but wasn't impressed. I learned of Wes's company online and decided to call a company that is family owned and operated. So very glad I did. I couldn't have had a better outcome than the job Wes did.
I contacted Absolute ProCare, they were able to work with my schedule and do the job at a convenient time for me.
Wes, the owner, was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and effective. He did an awesome job, to say the least. I was to the point I was going to get new carpet

I tried this service blindly off Internet because he was advertised as "owner-operated" like me in my former business.
