Our philosophy is to focus on the foundations of gymnastics, in a fun and exciting environment. We feel that gymnastics is a stepping-stone for all sports. The skills that your child practices with us will carry over to many other aspects of sport and life. Joao represented Brazil in 5 World Championships, helped his team to earn the Bronze medal in the 1979 Pan Am Games, and was the first Brazilian to participate in the Olympic Games.

GYM I is for our preschool, recreation gymnastics and tumbling classes, as well as some of our Boys & Girls Team training (Birthday Parties too!). We have Olympic-quality equipment, in addition to a full size cheer floor, two loose foam pits, trampoline, three Bouncy Houses, and an extensive array of mats in all shapes, sizes, and colors.

Our boy's & girl's gymnastics teams collectively have won over 100 State, Regional and National titles. Our team is highly renowned and has one of the best training facilities and staff in the Country. Team members must have an enormous level of commitment to develop their gymnastics skills to the highest degree of perfection.

Our competitive Girl's Team has achieved success on the State, Regional, and National levels. We have also watched as many of our alumni continue their gymnastics careers at D1 NCAA Gymnastics Programs across the Country! All of our girls' accomplishments are a result of hard work, dedication, an amazing, supportive, staff, and a lot of fun!.
Boy's Team

US Gym has been a household name in the competitive USAG Boy's program for over 30 years. Our boys' team offers a year-round program centered on the (Nov-May) USAG competitive schedule. We prepare these young athletes to become tomorrow's stars. Genadi Shub, one of the most distinguished boys' coaches in the country, leads our coaching staff.
