HyVal Industries, Inc. was incorporated in May of 1978 by founder and President William P. Tinder, LCDR, USN Ret. with partner and Vice President Alice P. Bailey. After the passing of Mr. Tinder in 2006, the eldest son, William B. Tinder, assumed control of the business until his passing in 2007. Upon his passing, the youngest son, Brian D. Tinder became President and owner of HyVal.

To help ensure compliance with these standards HyVal has an extensive Quality Management System which is audited every year internally, and every 24 months by an outside party.
