Unfortunately this office has lost their compass regarding the importance of patient stewardship. Unresponsive to requests for prescription renewals, failure to follow up with patients regarding concerns and low accountability. The practice seems to be more focused on selling cosmetic services than on health. Very disappointing to have medical needs take a back seat. If you are looking for botox or cool sculpting wouldn't you go to a dermatologist who specializes in this practice? I think the stretch to include these services has negatively impacted the practice's core purpose

Would never feel comfortable stepping foot in this office. I made an appointment online through Zocdoc (which has my insurance info stored). Several days later a receptionist called me to confirm my insurance info & I let her know I could do so when I got home from work. She told me that would not work & cancelled my appointment immediately (I received the cancellation email ASAP). I've never encountered such an unwelcoming attitude towards a new patient, especially from a "Women's Healthcare" facility. Cannot imagine trusting this facility with something so personal if this is how their front

Some doctors are just better. Some practices are just BETTER: Ideal Gynecology. They were quick and efficient to get me in as a new patient, I saw a nurse practitioner who was great and listened to my concerns. It was quick and efficient and I felt like they cared! That's what matters.
