Full-Service RV Sites
Our RV sites include 30/50 AMP electric, water, and sewer hookups. Each campsite accommodates RVs up to 45 feet with gravel/dirt surfaces and picnic tables. No wood fires allowed.
Monthly Rentals
Monthly RV sites available from December to February with rates ranging from $600 to $750 per month plus electricity. Maximum stay of three months, pre-assigned by management.
Tandem Campsites
Tandem campsites allow two RVs to park side by side, ideal for families or friends. Each site includes full hookups and picnic tables for shared outdoor gatherings.
Picnic Areas
Scenic picnic areas surrounded by granite formations offer shaded spots for relaxation. Multiple tables available with proximity to hiking trails and Watson Lake views.
Laundry Facility
On-site laundry open daily from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Quarters available for purchase, with last load start time at 5:00 PM for timely completion.
Questions
Can I reserve a campsite online?
Yes, all reservations must be made online through our booking system. Changes require 4 days' notice for refunds.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome but must remain on leashes at all times. No pet parks are available on-site.
What amenities are included?
Sites include 30/50 AMP electric, water, sewer, picnic tables, and Wi-Fi. Laundry, restrooms, and showers are also available.
Are there nearby attractions?
Watson Lake is a 10-minute walk away. Historic downtown Prescott is 5 miles from the campground with shops and restaurants.
Can I have a campfire?
Propane fire pits are allowed. Wood fires are strictly prohibited throughout the campground.
What are the check-in/check-out times?
Check-in is after 1:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:30 AM. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted.

Its difficult to rate because of winter construction work and winter trees with no leaves. As for the useful things, the water, electricity and sewer worked fine and the bathroom were clean, though a little outdated. Laundromat was great. If we come to Prescott again this is where we would stay. May i say the check in process was easy. Thank you.

We love this place. Nice wide spaces, good views from most spaces. Stash is friendly, camp is clean and equipment fairly new and in good condition.

Great local rv campground. Spots are very scenic and close to the lake so nice hiking. Not a ton of amenities, but everything works and hosts are very friendly. Check in paperwork was ready upon arriving and even had a detailed map of where to park.

We stayed three nights and had an excellent experience. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. We like the fact the campground is set in a natural Environment, with beautiful natural rocks surrounding it. Thank you for such a great stay, we hope to be back in the future.
