
Agility is the ability to change the body's position, efficiently, and requires the integration of isolated movement skills using a combination of balance, coordination, speed, reflexes, strength, endurance and stamina. Agility Gymnastics and Fitness Academy offers a variety of programs for Girls and Boys, 18 months and older.
Time requirements range from 30 minutes per week to 20 hours per week based on Level of skills. Current programs include pre-school, school age, tumbling, pre-teams and competitive teams. Private lessons are available by appointment. In the future AGA plans to offer basic agility classes geared toward specific sports like baseball, soccer, etc. as well as services for special needs children.

Our beginner classes are age specific for Girls 6-9 year olds and 10 and older. The Beginner gymnast learns basic skills such as forward and backward rolls and cartwheels, and introduces them to the gymnastics apparatus, 4 events for girls, 6 events for boys, and use of trampoline for body control and fun.
Team Gymnastics

We believe that competitive level gymnastics teaches more than just flips. Our athletes learn the importance of teamwork, responsibility, and accountability. The sport builds confidence and physical/mental strength that will equip them for success in all aspects of their life. Levels 2-10 competitive teams operate under the Junior Olympic guidelines of the USA Gymnastics organization.
Boys Gymnastics

Introductory lessons of drills and skills on all of the men's equipment: vault, pommel, rings, floor, parallel bars, and high bar. Our boys beginner program offers a time for your boys to jump, flip, tumble and run. These highly energetic classes are designed for students to learn basic gymnastics skills, trampoline skills, and use of our foam pits.
Birthday Parties
Report
Includes plates, napkins, forks, cups and drinks. 1 hour in the gym, 1/2 hr in the party room. You supply the cake and/or ice cream. Up to 14 guests. All guests participating in a birthday party at Agility (entering the gymnasium) must return a Birthday Party Release Form signed by the parent of the participating child.
