If you are looking to build a quality home, look no further than Will and his team at High Cotton Homes. I provide services for many of the homes he builds, and I dont see why there is any review under 5 stars on here. Ive seen first hand on so many homes, the detail, quality and passion they pour into each home. Some people are completely oblivious to this industry and it can be difficult to explain that in a build, changes = cost fluctuations, plain and simple. Will and his team will build a great house with respect to your budget. Cant have the Ferrari for the cost of the civic. I have

I would like to thank High Cotton Homes for building my wife and I our dream home. They took our initial thought and created a masterpiece that surpassed our expectations. We were retiring from the military and unable to be present throughout the custom build, but Will King and his team of professionals kept my wife and I in the loop throughout the entire process. We moved into the house in May 2019 and we have experienced the new home settling in adventure. High Cotton Homes did not forget us after completion of the build. They continue to stand by their commitment to us. Small things popped up

Poor quality builder! Please investigate High Cotton Homes and look into the past builds of the homes they have done! They lie and take your money Such a con! Now they are trying to promote their company like they know or have experience in what it takes to build a home! Such a JOKE!!! Thanks to them they ruined our dream home! They need to continue their homework but its going to take more than little pics and videos they advertise to make them a quality builder! Just trying to save people the heartache and trouble that we had to go thru! To add also..pretty pathetic how High Cotton is

Ive known Will King for over 25 years. We grew up together and spent a lot of time with one another. From being on the farm, to playing sports, to spending time being young adults together driving around the shoals area. Ive never once questioned his character. I never will. Im a former Marine with combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan. I dont speak lightly about a mans character. Will is honorable, trustworthy, and dependable in business as well as his personal life. I dont live in the shoals area, but we still speak often. Will always talks about how he works diligently to build
