The cost of the home inspection is $300.00 and takes approximately two hours to complete. At the end of the inspection you will receive a 30 page written report, a pest certificate and a radon gas certificate. Howard uses the latest computer technology providing an accurate radon read in one hour which is performed during the inspection while Howard is on-site.
Based on the EPA suggested health risk, no buyer should accept an unsupervised test result. Howard will also provide you with a laminated referral card of local tradesmen. Bring your family and friends, Howard answers all questions related to the inspection. Appointments are scheduled at 9 am, 1 pm and 5 pm, 5 days a week.

Howard encourages you to attend your inspection, and if you do, dress appropriately for the weather and possibly getting a little dirty. Make arrangements ahead of time to ensure full access to the house and that all the utilities are turned on. Be sure the owners are aware of the inspection appointment (usually done by the your realtor).
