Ladies Kickboxing

We structure the class so that total beginners can follow along while seasoned pros can get the workout they're looking for. Karate/ Tang Soo Do

Check out our Karate classes in Poway! Karate is the term we use that's most easily recognized for new students, however the style we teach is Tang Soo Do which is actually a Korean form of martial arts. This is an introspective art form that predominantly involves punching, kicking, striking and weapons.
Muay Thai Kickboxing

Muay Thai training is great for adults and kids to develop cardio endurance, self-defense, strength and confidence! Our classes focus on footwork, conditioning, proper technique and fight strategy.
