Do not call or use. They don't even deserve one star. I never post negative reviews but this is a must as I do not know how this company is still in business. Ten weeks ago we had the interior of our front loader (1 year old machine) replaced because of a musty smell. We paid over $400 to get this done. We were told this is typical w these front loaders if they aren't dried after use. Two guys came and did the work, taking the machine apart. A week ago I turn my machine on and it starts leaking water all over my laundry room floor. We call the company (Wednesday) and they tell us they

We were pleased with the service we received from Daves on our Samsung refrigerator. Daves tech Britany, very lovely. Britney arrived on time and took apart the fridge pretty quickly. Once the problem was diagnosed, we were pleased to hear Britney had the right part on her truck. I would say the total service time was about an hour. Britney was charming and professional. The only complaint I have is that it was a bit pricey at $339 for roughly a thirty-dollar part plus labor. In the end, our refrigerator is fixed, I have no idea how to service refrigerators, so we are all paying for Daves

DO NOT use this company! I have used them twice in the Past and thought they were a reputable company and also thought that maybe being a repeat customer would provide me better service. Instead of waiting for a new dishwasher I paid Dave's appliance $700 to replace some hoses and parts (they obviously upcharged me because they can these days). I had scheduled for them to come out on a Thursday with the promise it would be fixed Thursday as we were hosting a dinner party that weekend. It is now Tuesday and I have no repair man here, no parts etc. i got cancelled on and rescheduled 3 times

I called to have someone come look at our dryer they said sure someone will be out between 11-5 and no one showed up. I took the whole day off from work and no one showed up. No phone call, no explanation, nothing. A true disgrace. I wont ever call this company again.
