I am very glad that Pawnee City is moving forward with building an assisted living facility. I think that this has been a much needed project for our area for quite some time. When it is built, my mother intends to make her home in the Pawnee City Assisted Living facility. Even with home health, some people are just not able to stay in their own homes, and many of them wouldn't go into the nursing home.
