I want to give a HUGE shout out to Mike at On Time Pools in Roselle Park! They literally came to my house 15 mins after I called, (after he was calling it a day...)
I was told by other pool places I had to wait for two weeks, I had to buy a new pool heater to replace the one I have for $2,300+. I told him what was wrong. He took the time to listen to me describe the issue. He literally fix the issue which was a small $15 dollar part!!
It’s hard to find honest contractors when you are desperate at a time of need! Most will up charge you once they see the look of panic on your face.

Michael and crew were flat out last Summer of 2020 but always had time to answer questions, knowledge share and trouble shoot. He even loaned his own equipment to me to try and expedite an issue. Looking forward to another great season. Highly recommend On Time Pools.

Michael Henriques of On Time Pools has been a tremendous resource for me. Ever since I moved into my new home in 2014 that already had a pool he has been nothing but fantastic in servicing my pool. The first year I actually opened the pool myself with a friend but later in the summer my pump blew on the same day as my Son's Birthday pool party. I was in dire need and reached out to Mike for assistance. He was actually on his way to a Family Vacation but delayed it for a couple hours in order to come set up a temporary pump for my Son's party. Once returning from his vacation he installed a variable

I’ve been using OnTime (Mike, owner) pools for a couple years, and it’s been a pleasure working with such a professional, and responsive pool company. Mike is very responsive and reliable. He always arrives on time and is patient when discussing issues or repair options with you. Also, his pricing is reasonable and doesn’t try to take advantage of you. He did a repair on a pump for me, where my previous pool company just wanted to replace the pump. I highly recommend using OnTime to service your pool.

I have used On Time for opening/closing and a few spot issues I've had over the past few years. The owner (Mike) is responsive, professional and MOST of all, not out there to rip you off. They also just did a new cover for my pool after 20 years, and the new color options are fantastic. Would gladly recommend their services.

We have had a pool since 2004. Over the years, we have tried several different pool services. They were all fine...pricy, but fine. A friend of mine was telling me about her pool guy, Mike, and just raving about him and how reasonably priced he was. We decided to give him a try. BEST DECISION WE EVER MADE! Mike is great. He is very knowledgeable, he really knows his stuff. We had several problems that no one else was able to figure out, he did. He is very fairly priced and always a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't use anyone else. You can't go wrong with this company.
