Our company inspections are done by licensed home inspectors who will give an on site, instant verbal report, followed up with an emailed formal 27 page easy to read and fully comprehensive report. This includes a one page summary of all suggested repairs. We welcome your questions or concerns and guarantee timely response to all inquiries.

Two pages of our home inspection report are devoted to environmental concerns and hazardous substances. A separate New York State certified termite report is always provided along with our home inspection report. We use sophisticated instruments to evaluate many of the structural, electrical and mechanical systems of the inspected home. Particular attention is paid to electrical flaws, moisture in the walls and ceilings. Safety related items, including gas leaks, carbon monoxide and hazardous substances are covered in the report also.
