Our 25 spacious RV sites accommodate vehicles up to 85 feet with full hookups for water, sewer, and electric. Each site offers 50/30/15 AMP service and varying lengths to suit different vehicle sizes. Located in a scenic mountain setting, these sites provide both privacy and convenience with easy access to nearby attractions.

Cabins

Our 10x16 foot cabins feature comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to three guests with kitchenettes and outdoor firepits. The Sheepherder's Cabin offers a rustic solar-powered experience with primitive cooking facilities. Both options provide unique accommodations while maintaining proximity to modern amenities in our clubhouse.

Clubhouse

The clubhouse serves as our central gathering space with kitchen facilities, recreational areas, and laundry services. It features private guest rooms and a loft apartment while providing essential amenities like showers and WiFi. This communal space fosters social interaction while maintaining modern comforts.

Tent Sites

Five designated tent sites offer 25x25 foot spaces surrounded by natural scenery. While lacking direct utility hookups, these sites provide access to clubhouse facilities including restrooms and showers. The primitive camping experience maintains proximity to modern conveniences while offering an authentic outdoor experience.

Loft Apartment

Our second-floor loft apartment sleeps up to five guests with a king bed and full-size bunk bed. Complete with a full kitchen, dining area, and living space, this 600-square-foot unit offers premium accommodations with modern amenities while maintaining a unique mountain retreat atmosphere.

All RV sites have full hookups for water, sewer, and electric with 50/30/15 AMP service. Sites vary in length from 30 to 85 feet to accommodate different vehicle sizes.

Are pets allowed at the campground?

Yes, we are pet-friendly and provide a dedicated dog park area. Pets must be supervised and under control at all times while on the premises.

Great full hookup RV camping experience at this small campground. We stayed 4 nights for visiting Telluride, Mesa Verde, Ancient Canyon, and Durango. John was very courteous and helpful for scheduling my stay. He also took my trash out when I was wondering around for the dumpster. The campground was quiet throughout the day and night. Kind neighbors. Dog friendly. Fast WiFi. You can watch clear stars and milky way at night. There were 2 dryers but one was out of service. So 3 people were waiting. That was the only negative part of my review.

We had a nice stay in one of the camp sites. The site are spaced out so you have plenty of privacy. The place is situated on the top of a hill overlooking Cortez. At night you can see the city lights from up there, the sky is amazing; while at the ring fire I could hear a native chanting probably an evening prayer from a nearby hill. The host was very nice, she gave us extra blankets. The showers and restroom are very clean, very hot water. If we are back in the area we will staying again.

I was not impressed with this park. Site 8 was the only site that showed available on their website however we saw other sites open. The hill we were parked on was so steep that we fell out of our rv. The site itself seemed like an afterthought. The weeds were out of control and full of thorns throughout the entire park. We stopped in the office to get our good Sam discount but they were too busy to talk to us. Most people here seemed to be full time residents. Will not return.

This Campground is excellent. Friendly people. It has a laundromat, showers and full hookup at some of the sites. Some Street noise but not bad. There is Wi-Fi available. We could not get any TV reception for some reason. We would definitely stay there again.
