The doctors there do not have any compassion for people with disabilities@!@
Also I called back to talk o the receptionist and he apologized for Dr Pfeifer. I told him that the uncompasionate Dr needs to apologize. She seemed upset about my ear wax. This is the reason for my hearing loss. Don't they get it!!!

They take the best care of my mom who is 98. Very caring and extremely knowledgeable. Would never go anywhere else.

I purchased Resound hearing aides from the Professional Hearing Aid Associates as well as a streamer. I have found them to very knowledgeable about hearing, having trying professional audiologist. I also appreciate them being a family owned business that has been around for some time. There staff is very friendly and accommodating. But most of all that take care of their customers. I have had a few issues and adjustments needed and each time they have been accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend Harry Hilderman and his staff! I drive from KC to Topeka for this professionalism.

Professional Hearing Aid Associates is one of the best. The staff is amazing and they are very helpful. I like how they greet you as you come in to their office and offer you something to drink while you wait. They are always willing to help you in any way possible. My husband uses the hearing aids, and he has never had to wait for very long. They not only provide the hearing test, but offer many different choices to give you the best experience possible.
