Sherwood Gardens Apartments has a $250 security deposit. This is a refundable deposit. Please note, this deposit may vary depending upon applicant's credit rating, rental history, and past landlord references. We're sorry, but we do have a 60lb pet weight restriction and some breed restrictions. Not all residents are comfortable with some breeds of dogs and we want to be respectful of that.
