There are NO "50 minute" hours here! Your hour massage is hands-on for 1 hour (as long as you arrive on time). Meditation for Relaxation - You may add this service to your massage or schedule it individually. Pranic Healing session - You may add this service to your massage or schedule it individually.

Deep Tissue - strong kneading and compressive movements to permeate and release muscular tension. Trigger Point Therapy - points of tension are released through deep sustained pressure. The therapist gives you a luxurious table massage with her foot while utilizing the oriental bars on the ceiling for leverage.

Can massage relieve soreness? Yes. Soreness is caused from a build up of lactic and carbonic acids which are metabolic waste products in the muscles. Massage increases circulation helping to remove these wastes and bringing oxygen to the muscles. What areas are worked on? A full body massage does not include private areas such as the groin or breast area.

I am a nationally licensed, board certified therapist specializing in therapeutic massage since 2001. Each massage is customized to meet individual needs utilizing deep tissue, swedish, orthopedic and other therapeutic techniques. In my past experience, I have had the opportunity to refine my therapeutic skills in chiropractic offices treating patients injured in automobile accidents.
