Dr. Matt Forster received his undergraduate education from Union College, earning a degree in biology with honors distinction. He then entered dental school at the University of Pennsylvania with a full scholarship from the United States Navy.
He graduated at the top of his class for which he received many rewards, including the Matthew Cryer Award, Best Clinical Dentist Award and election by the faculty into the National OKU Dental Honor Society.He then was selected for an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program in the Navy and served two years forward deployed onboard USS Ponce (LPD-15) as Chief Dental Officer and department head.

Getting braces can be an adjustment. At Forster Orthodontics, we understand that and work hard to ensure you have the tips and tricks necessary to maintain your quality of life and busy schedule! For the first three to five days after you get your braces on, you may experience some general soreness in your mouth and your teeth might feel tender when biting down.
