Internet goes out almost daily. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. It's not like it's cutting edge technology, so why is it you can't even make it 24 hrs without dropping. Wow

If your job depends on internet, this ain't it. It is unstable at best, and at worst it just doesn't move fast enough. I expect to see a prorated bill at the end of the month!

I guess it's just ok. Unstable at times and upload speeds are super erratic. Can't really expect more from a telecom/cable company that can't even get an online bill pay system going. App has stated coming soon for well over a year. Come on man, you're a technology based company, get some online bill pay

This company needs an overhaul!! Outdated services!! Never works!! Cant get anybody on the phone!! Untimely services!! Always taking the internet services down during the day when your job depends on this internet!! There is always an excuse of updating the lines while people are at work during the day that has to use their services!! No emergency over night services for anybody to bring the lines back up!! Very slow connecting! Its at a point where they need to be charged the work hours that is being missed due to poor services!! I wouldnt have even gave you 1 star but I had to to even

This internet service is completely unsatisfactory. You pay for a service, but only during the week. If your internet goes out on a weekend (like it is right now), no one is there to answer the phone or take care of anything. When it is working, it only produces minimal mbps. I cant wait for a real internet company to come in and fix all this!

Well very disappointed in this company been with since 2018 at 1 st really good .but I have been having issues with modem since August 2020 asked for a new one and they keep saying they don't have any .would I recommend this cable to family no not now I would not. Seems like they don't wanna fix anything anymore but yet you still pay even days you don't have internet. In August a operator told me get a new modem from office on Monday I told them what he said. He said when it updated on weekends my modem would not take the new uploads .still very disappointed in this maybe go to xfinity see how
