Over half a century ago, Lee Brown committed himself to realizing his dream of helping people hear better and improve their quality of life. With that goal in mind, he forged ahead and opened the first office in Victoria, Texas, with a simple mission to provide quality service to those seeking assistance.
Lee Brown was there to help people, and they came from everywhere to see him. From those who couldn't quite make out what their grandchildren were saying, to those who couldn't hear songbirds in the yard - they came searching for a way to enrich their lives, and left with the gift of better hearing.

Report
During your examination you will be tested using a series of low & high frequency words to determine your ability to understand verbiage within a conversation. We will also give you several words to repeat. The results will help us determine your percentage of hearing loss, your ability to understand speech and how hearing aids will improve your ability to hear.

Hearing Aid Fitting
Report
Once you have selected your hearing aids after an evaluation, our hearing professional will program them to meet your hearing needs, based on a prescription. It is also a good idea to bring family members or close friends to the hearing aid fitting so they can help remember all the information that is given and be a support to you.
Hearing Aid Repair
Report
Hearing aids have small working parts, and it is not uncommon over time for a hearing aid to need a repair. You may try to turn the hearing aid on in the morning and find that there is no sound; the battery door may come unhinged. These things do happen, even when the hearing aids are properly cared for.
