Needed a new exhaust fan installed in my bathroom. They installed the fan and then told me that they could not wire it in. I spent $533 for the fan + install and another $233 for 15 minutes of an electricians work. They never informed me that one of the two workers was not an electrician . Very dissatisfied.

The installers were a couple of cool cats. Professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They made sure to communicate with me what they were doing throughout the whole install. They took the time to properly locate and mark where the installation locations would be in my house (single family, ranch-style, 1 story). Be patient when contacting the office during the peak roofing season (Spring-Summer), they can forget to email you back, or forget to call back if you leave a message. When I did get an appointment to discuss products, Lora was excellent. She was knowledgeable and made excellent

I purchased solar lights from Light Benders 6 years ago. I had a problem with one and notified the company. The owner came out the next day to review the situation and had it repaired within 3 hours. I highly recommend this company and love their product.

Called and left message on answering machine, no response. Two weeks later, called again and made contact with staff. I was asked several questions and told I would receive call back. Two weeks later, still no call. How do these people stay in business?

I had a Solar Star attic fan installed. Randy was quick to install, and it seems to be working as expected.

I'll be using them in the figure for sure!
