All of our programs are year round, so you can jump in at any time! Age ranges are flexible, so if there is a certain class you are interested in, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you! We bill the first of the month, so if you start class in the middle or end of the month, we will prorate you for any classes left in that month.
Our Gymstars have been working hard on all their new skills, so it's time to see if all the hard work has paid off! Evaluations will be done during regularly scheduled class. If your Gymstar will not be in class that day, make-up evaluations can be scheduled with the front desk. Make-up evaluations are only $10.

Golden Isles Gymnastics was opened in 2004 by a team of international elite coaches. Our goals were to bring high quality gymnastics to the Golden Isles and to build an outstanding competitive team. Over the past 17 years we have raised over 180 AAU National champions and numerous State and Regional champions as well.

We offer the highest quality of gymnastics classes in the Southeast! From Preschool and Rec classes all the way to our National award-winning Competitive Team, and everything in between! Classes range from beginner to advanced so that everyone can participate in the fun! Gymnastics is a year-round sport, so you can jump in at any time!
Boys

Prepare your athlete with all the skills necessary to excel in any sport. We have Ninja Training for the little ones, Iron Man for the older ones, and Parkour classes for the boys that want to learn and train like "American Ninja Warrior". We offer plenty of great ways to get active and stay off the couch!
Tumbling

Learn how to do handstands, cartwheels, round-offs and even back-handsprings in one of our awesome tumbling classes! Tumbling focuses solely on floor skills, so the students do not use the bars or beams. Classes range from beginner to advanced! Our cheer prep class gets you ready for both Allstar and school cheer.
Camp

Summer Camp at GIG is the place to be! Each day is filled with plenty of activities to keep the kids engaged & active. The campers will run, jump, climb and play all of their energy away while making new friends and learning some cool gymnastics skills along the way! We create new courses every day to challenge the kids and promote active thinking and body control!

I have NEVER given any type of review on a business... and to be fair my daughter & I gave this establishment over 8 months to impress us. Not only has her class gone through 5 different coaches since the beginning of the year, but no one remembers mine or my child’s name. She has been in the beginners/toddler class this entire time & I understand if my child isn’t cut out for the gymnastics but don’t appreciate the lack of communication. Also just an FYI... If you took your child to their summer camp program they were probably left unsupervised the whole entire day & I witnessed not once

My family and I just moved to Brunswick from NJ about three months ago. Our daughter is very very shy. We signed her up for Golden Isles Gymnastics. The owners Galina and Yuri have been absolutely exceptional. The coaches and staff are truly amazing and do their absolute best to teach and entertain. If my wife and I could give this establishment 100 stars we would. They have not only noticed her social anxiety, they have went above and beyond to make her feel like family. Absolutely love this gym. We recently moved to the area and my daughter has now been enrolled in the Preschool and Tots Tumbling classes for nearly six months. The coaches and staff are supportive and encouraging. I like that there are observation rooms for the parents so that we can see what's going on in the class. If you're looking for a gymnastics that can accommodate any level, this is the place for you

This place used to be fun, but my boys have been very disappointed the last 3-4 times we’ve been. Today, my older son didn’t even want to go. When my younger son and I got there, the place smelled disgusting, like heavy mildew covered up by cheap disinfectant. The foam blocks and mats are all falling apart. The one thing my son wanted to do was climb the rock wall. He asked at the beginning of open gym and was told to ask again at the end. When he did, he was told there was no more time. Really?!? As a mother, I don’t appreciate my son being treated this way. He left disappointed and angry

2 of my girls attend classes here, and absolutely love it!
The coaches are amazing and so great with the little ones!! They have a great gym and the viewing room upstairs for the parents is such a great way to watch your child without distracting them.
They offer a number of classes for different levels and ages and even offer birthday parties and open gym Saturdays.
We couldn't be happier with our experience!
