After working for a site contractor in Ephrata Pennsylvania for six years, Lyndon had a desire to start a business venture as an independent contractor. This service included subcontracting to his former employer and other prominent commercial and industrial site contractors in the Chester/Lancaster/York County region.

Point of contact, reviews plans and does quantity takeoff, produces cost estimate, sequences construction schedule and communicates with job foreman, General Contractor and/or builder and owner. Takes responsibility of on site layout and construction, works with the project manager, communicates with builder and customer on site, manages operators and laborers.
