They make you wait extremely long for appointments. Dont arrive early because you will only add to the few hours it takes for them to check you in and call you to the back. Front desk, Very unprofessional and lost. Doesnt appear that the front desk knows what they are doing or have any knowledge about the office at all. Will be changing my primary care office and I dont recommend this facility to anyone!

We were told that my daughter's doctor was here today. She had an 8 o'clock appt. It is 10:38 and she has yet to be seen. Treatung us like walk ins and she just needs a shot. Everyone is complaining in the lobby.

People in the front office are great but you can never get your meds your lied to every time you go down there and the doctor don't even have a clue who you are I was called a liar over my meds blood pressure medicine
