Welcome to New Dawn Hot Yoga, located in Cedar Falls, Iowa! We offer yoga, hot yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra, and workshops for yogis of all skill levels in the Cedar Valley. Join our community for daily hot yoga and barre classes to fit any schedule. The studio will be open ~15 minutes before class and close 10 minutes after to allow our teachers time for extra cleaning.
If the door is locked - they may still be switching and cleaning between classes, the safety of our teachers and students is our number one priority! If you feel ill or are of questionable health, please stay home.
