Phil Yates (DRE #01888174) has worked in the Real Estate industry for over six years as a Property Manager here at APG Properties. He started out assisting with the management duties of a 4-Plex in Anaheim over ten years ago, and discovered his passion for the industry. In 2009, he was licensed as a Real Estate Agent by the State of California and the Board of Real Estate, and currently maintains his license with them.
