I was looking for a new chiro yesterday, and I called in to At Ease--. I was quickly able to book an appt for the same day, which was great. The back adjustment was very well done, and today--I have zero back pain. I'm impressed !

I came to Dr.Chara while I was pregnant with horrible lower and middle back pain. After my first appointment, I felt like a whole new person! I continued going once a week during pregnancy and I’m convinced it’s what helped me not be so miserable since my back wasn’t in so much pain. She is always so friendly and is always willing to be flexible. I brought my husband here and he had a wonderful experience(he would come more often but has a crazy work schedule!) and I am bringing our baby to Dr. Chara as well! Couldn’t recommend her enough 😊

I'm so happy I was referred to Dr. Chara. She listens well to the issues I have and doesn't just adjust my body, but also makes great recommendations for other ways I can improve my health. I had a severe sprain this Spring and she has helped me through my healing process. I am sleeping better since seeing her and I can think more clearly because my pain has been relieved. She truly loves what she does and helping others feel their best.

Dr. Chara is wonderful! She is devoted to help you find the root cause of your ailments and not just pushing treatments. My daughter suffered from a lot of pain in her knees after surgery and migraines; through treatment with Dr. Chara she was able to alleviate much of the knee pain and reduced my child's migraines. Her office is a safe and welcoming environment for ALL! You are in good hands with Dr. Chara!
