Absolutely terrible. Business ethics are the worst. They’ve been to my home 3 times and the issue still is not fixed. They refuse to fix their mistake. Do not use them. They will take your money and not fix the issue.

Stan from Ortega’s Appl Service was exceptionally thorough in his diagnostic skills. He was prompt, professional and I appreciated his attention to detail trying to fix my Kitchenaid Whirlpool poorly designed French door refrigerator. I do not recommend one at all. .. but I sure do recommend Ortega’s Appliance Repair!👌🏻

They were better than "on time"--he was a few minutes early! He found the problem right away--we had inadvertently locked the panel--and told us how to not let it happen again, all without laughing at us. Very courteous.
