Services
Concrete Resurfacing
Our concrete resurfacing system applies multiple polymer-modified cement layers over existing surfaces. This process repairs cracks and discoloration while creating decorative finishes that mimic natural stone. Versailles tile, Tri-Flagstone, and polished granite appearances transform driveways, pool decks, and patios with 30% cost savings versus replacement. The reinforced overlay bonds permanently to prevent peeling or chipping.
Pool Building
We construct custom chlorine or saltwater pools with integrated concrete decking. Our licensed contractors handle complete pool shell formation, plumbing systems, and surrounding hardscape features. Durable finishes resist California's climate extremes while enhancing property aesthetics. Projects include safety barriers, lighting integration, and matching outdoor living spaces.
Paving Stones
Interlocking paving stones create durable surfaces for driveways, walkways, and patios. Available in natural stone and concrete varieties, these permeable installations resist cracking from seismic activity. We offer multiple color and texture options with contrasting border designs to complement architectural styles while improving drainage.
Barbecue Installation
Custom-built barbecue stations feature premium materials and commercial-grade appliances. Our designers create functional outdoor cooking spaces with granite countertops, storage solutions, and integrated fire features. Each installation receives weather-resistant finishes to withstand desert climate conditions while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
Pool Remodeling
We restore aging pools with structural repairs, surface resurfacing, and modernization upgrades. Services include tile replacement, coping restoration, and energy-efficient equipment installation. Our technicians address cracks, leaks, and outdated designs while enhancing functionality and visual appeal through contemporary finishes and lighting solutions.

Monaco Concepts is the epitome of quality craftsmanship. We previously had a bad experience with a local painting company. Aaron and his craftsmen completely removed the damaged flooring on our outdoor living area. From grinding off the old painted surface to sealing the new surface, this process involved about eight steps from start to finish. The owner, Tony Perrotta, Jr. personally mixed the exact color combination and texture we wanted for staining and sealing this area. I cannot say enough about the quality of work this team performed. I highly recommend Monaco Concepts. After the first of

We recently hired Monaco Concepts to repair and resurface our pool deck and side yard. We had gotten several quotes prior to proceeding with the work and the reason we chose Monaco was because Tony seemed the most knowledgeable about how to solve our issues with the existing deck surface. The whole team from Aaron to the labourers were extremely professional and kept us advised of the work in progress and what would be done at each step of the process. We also had a cool deck surface applied and already we notice a difference when walking barefoot on the deck. We highly recommend Monaco Concepts

I'm not one to write reviews, but this needs to be said. These guys are true pros. First thing they did was come out to our property to see what was involved. Then they drove us around to several projects they have done in the area so we could see the quality of their work and get an idea of what we wanted to do with our concrete. We were extremely impressed and hired them on the spot. They explained each step of the process and gave us an estimate of how long the job would take to complete. They stuck to the schedule despite record high temperatures. When the prep work was done,

Tony and his team are artists. We had 1,800 sq ft of patio and pool deck redone by Monaco Concepts. Gone are the cracks and salt stains, replaced by beautiful slate rock deck. The results are phenomenal. The Monaco team shows up on time, respect your property, are clean and have fun! We highly recommend Monanco
