Founded in 1976, by the late Roger Vogelfanger, M.D., the practice is now one of the largest providers of psychiatric care in the city. We maintain a highly qualified staff of board certified and board eligible psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and therapists that together represent years of clinical experience.

Report
We evaluate your long-term medications through regular follow-ups, refills, and supportive therapy for psychotropic medication. It is convenient for patients to fill their prescription at the First Pharmacy located in our office. The pharmacy is open during regular office hours. We admit to St. Francis Hospital in East Memphis, Parkwood Behavioral Health in Olive Branch, and Crestwyn Hospital in Germantown.

At your request and with your written consent, we may release your medical record to other healthcare providers. Print and complete the forms and submit them to our office. Please allow us 7 to 10 days to process your medical records requests. Please call the office at (901)-767-1136 to schedule. Appointments can be scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
