Before you schedule your appointment, have you; 1) filled out and submitted your Pre-Client Questionnaire, 2) Uploaded via the website or Texted to 805-550-7379, a closeup and focused photograph of your entire face with your full name included, and 3) completed and submitted your Appointment Policy?

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who mistreats any person in our office with condescension, disrespect or entitlement at anytime and your deposit will not be returned. You agree to provide at least 48-hour notice if you have to cancel an appointment. You agree to call or text (phone), as soon as possible for emergency cancellations due to unavoidable no-shows, like an illness.
