Stockbridge Golf Club was founded in 1895 and is nestled on the banks of the Housatonic River amidst the beautiful Berkshire Hills of western Massachusetts. Members of the club and guests enjoy golf, tennis and a warm social life in a friendly, informal, field club atmosphere.
Our membership comes from a wide cross-section of the local population, as well as non-residents and second-home owners who are attracted to the Berkshires for its natural beauty and rich cultural life.We welcome new members at all times and are happy to introduce them to the club, as well as facilitate their application for membership.

Stockbridge Golf Club was founded in 1895 and is nestled on the banks of the Housatonic River amidst the beautiful Berkshire Hills of western Massachusetts. The membership of our summer club comes from a wide cross-section of the local population, as well as non-residents and second-home owners. In 1894, golf was introduced to Stockbridge by Joseph H. Choate Jr. and Eliot Tuckerman.

Attesting to the quality of the golf course, the club has hosted the following outside tournaments since 1992:. Our head PGA professional, Steve Mazzariello, is an exceptional teacher for players of all skill levels, men, women and children. Steve and his assistants offer clinics and individual lessons, and host a week-long golf camp for juniors.

Successful special events are no accident. Whether on the open, screened-in porch overlooking the Stockbridge Golf Club's 18th finishing hole or inside the Clubhouse seated in front of the dining room fireplace, the Stockbridge Clubhouse provides a unique setting to host wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, graduation parties, or most other special events.
