Resource Management Associates was founded in 1980 by Dwight Junker and Kenny Caruso. Asset Cost and Control is a program designed to calculate the monthly amortization of fixed assets and prepaid expenses, and calculate the monthly expense for accrual items. The ACC subsystem combines valuable asset management for Fixed Assets, Prepaid Expenses, and Accrued Expenses, all in one easy-to-use application.

EMS processes accounts payable while providing essential layers of financial reporting, internal controls, management tools and accounting features. Setup recurring expenses that are paid every month indefinitely, or ending on a specified date. Pay vendors via Check or ACH, and systematically generate custom GL files that can be uploaded to your core processing system.

Financial Reporting allows you to customize your financial statements specifically to the criteria set by management. From the most broad to the most detail of statements, Financial Reporting provides a quick interface to go from core detailed general ledgers to easily read management reports for comparison to your budgets or historical financial information.

Process payroll quickly and efficiently. Our programming allows for unlimited wages and deductions, accounts for pre-tax items, and includes special categories for wages not subject to FICA. A wide range of reports, both standard and custom, are excellent for reconciling, quarterly and annual reporting for internal, IRS and other regulatory requirements.
