When we first moved in there were roaches and bugs everywhere and for the first several months we had to have pest control in and out of the apartment to deal with the problem. Then when it started getting colder, we had wasps constantly getting in and the complex said oh well, can't do anything, start a fire in the fireplace... to which this had no effect. Then we got a puppy, and tried to inform the office that we had gotten it to which we were placed on long holds or our calls would go unanswered... then we got a notice of "unauthorized pets" and a threat that they will remove the pet from the

These apartments are amazing! The neighborhood is very quiet along with respectful people that live here too! These apartments are great, big, and good for your buck! They are close to everything you could ever need here. Looking for the closest Walmart? Theres literally a neighborhood Walmart 3 minutes down the road! Wanna go to the mall? Theres the North East Mall literally 3.5 miles from here! The staff has been very helpful especially Veronica! She made sure I was taken care of especially my apartment!

I am having a Horrible time this apartments. This roaches everywhere and you have Sprayed and bombed it ourselves because the apartments well not do it themselves And we are still seeing them everywhere. I can't wait for my least to be up. So we can get out of here! W have call the office so many times to get some out here but they never come!

I have lived at Cottages at Bedford for almost 5 years, I have never stayed anywhere this long before. The residence is quiet and safe, my neighbors are friendly and polite, and the office and maintenance staff are helpful and warm.

Rented here between 2019-2020. Roaches everywhere in kitchen and in bathrooms no matter how clean you keep it. Had a major wasp problem, with wasps coming in thru chimney, at-least 30 wasps within two weeks. Didnt want to break lease so I transferred to a different building, of course it was more expensive than what I was already paying. Once moved into the new apartment, there was wasps getting into there too, so just took matters into my own hands and duct taped of the chimney entrance. That building also had tons of roaches too. Residents with dogs did not GAF about cleaning up their dogs
