In the late 1940s, owner Phillip DeCarlo opened Italian Fiesta Pizzeria as a true family restaurant with the goal of creating homemade food with fresh ingredients and original family recipes. We continue to carry out this tradition today. We are well known in the Chicago area for our traditional thin crust pizza.
In addition to our pizza, we have many of your favorite pasta dishes, including baked lasagna, spaghetti, and mostaccioli with homemade sauce. We also offer delicious roast beef, meatball, and sausage sandwiches, all made from scratch in our restaurant. Phillip and Connie DeCarlo started the first Italian Fiesta Pizzeria in the late 1940s. Originally located at 67th and Dorchester in Chicago, the restaurant moved to 71st and Euclid in the 1950s. Their son, Frank DeCarlo, worked in the restaurant from a young age, where he met Joan, a waitress at the pizzeria who eventually became his wife.

Lake Park Avenue in Chicago was our fourth location, which opened to serve the Hyde Park Neighborhood in 1992.Dolton - Italian Fiesta Pizzeria expanded the business to Chicago's south suburbs in 1984 at 15425 S. Cottage Grove in Dolton.
