As a realtor, I work with so many contractors, So when I find one who does an awesome job, shows up in time, is responsive, AND professional. I am elated! Dylan was all of those, and I will be using him again in the future for sure! Our driveway, sidewalks and vinyl siding was very dirty due my husband being unable to pressure wash in a while.

I used Drive-Aid last Christmas. They did a “good”job, but think they got overwhelmed with business and didn’t follow thru as advertised. I received their flyer in July to get signed up early for Christmas lights installation in 2021. I viewed this as positive with them trying to get more organized for this holiday season. I signed up and paid my deposit. They installed 1/2 of the house lights 29 Oct 2021 and stated that 2 weeks later they would install lighted wreath as it was “fresh”. They have not come back. I have called, texted and sent FB message. Also they signed

Paid Drive-Aid to put Christmas lights on the house. They did several homes in my community. Lights fell down twice and each time it took about a week to a week and a half to come put them back up.
When they were removed in January, 4 clips were left on my house and there was a hole punched in the trim.
I realized the puncture was there in February and contacted Dylan. I was promised that I would be taken care of.
I have called, left voicemails, contacted them via Facebook messenger, emailed and texted multiple times.
Total silence.
Now it is June. There are still clips attached to my home

Drive-Aid Pressure Washing did a fantastic job! He showed up when he said he would (early) prior to our appointment and began. Once the job was completed we did a walk thru of the work and I was very pleased. He even pressure-washed the gutters and flushed them out thoroughly. I will be reaching out for additional work in the near future. 100% would recommend to friends, 🇺🇸.

Dylan with Drive-Aid was fantastic! He was efficient and thorough with the cleaning of our driveway, walkways, patio and porch. They look so fresh! He also cleaned all the vinyl on our home and got rid of all the mildew that had accumulated. He was great at communicating and right on time. I would definitely recommend Drive-Aid!!

I had this crew come out to install Christmas Lights on my new home this past December. What started out as someone trying to earn and keep my business, turned to someone I would never recommend to any of you. My lights were put up by the crew, very professionally I will say. Once my money was in their pocket and not mine, I never saw them again. I got one text in January, along with an email and then never heard from them again. Had to take the lights down myself and store them, even though I paid for the service. Not only did Dylan not reach out to me, it forced my hand in filing a BBB complaint
