
We are a family-friendly group of therapists working with a wide variety of mental health needs and behavioral challenges. We take a proactive integrative approach and emphasize the importance of parental involvement. We offer adult individual and couples therapy, provide individual therapy and diagnostic assessments for children and teens, and we offer group therapy, including groups for children, teens, young adults and parents.

We are a family-friendly psychotherapy practice with office locations in Kensington and Rockville, Maryland offering comprehensive psychological services for children, teens and adults. Our director, Dr. Kay Abrams is well known for her parent consultation and public speaking, so our practice emphasizes parent education.

You're welcome to use the simple contact form on the right to get in touch with us or make an appointment. We do not close our office in accordance to public school system. Your therapist will inform you of office closings. In response to inclement weather, your therapist will notify you about rescheduling as well as about office closings.
