DID NOT CALL OR SHOW UP!!! I called a full 24 hours in advance to set up a ride to the Jeep plant for a very important interview and they never showed up. I called twice about 20. Minutes apart from each other and was told it would be 30 minutes BOTH times! This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Black & white dispatcher said he would provide service in 30 minutes but I called 45 minutes later and they still didn't have a cab available yet

Had a cab pick me up to and from work since tarps is short on bus drivers right now, and several times they've been an hour late or not shown up at all. Some but not all the drivers speak or understand english or how to read street signs or numbers on an address. This company needs to hire drivers that understand what they are doing. Oh yeah, I forgot to also mention that sometimes but not all the time pick you up on the wrong side of the street instead of right in front of your address.
