They were able to get me in on short notice due to a cancellation. The Vet was very nice, answered all my questions and took her time. The staff was very nice also and took really good care of my dog. Glad we found her.

Love this place. They are always so friendly when I take my dogs here and they are extremely helpful with making them feel comfortable. They are extremely knowledgeable and always guide us in the right direction.

Professional, friendly. Great follow up after care and results from lab tests. No masks needed for visit and walk-in to the office visit unlike several other vets we stopped using because they're rude and still on lock down mode. Large facility and we'll staffed.

Chagrin Animal Clinic always treats our dogs (and us!) with care and compassion. One of our dogs is 80 lbs. and nervous about everything, especially other dogs, and they are so patient. They take him right to a room and make sure no other dogs are around when he enters and exits the clinic.

This is the best Vet center we've ever gone to. All the docs and staff there are so nice and caring and always go above and beyond. We are a high-maintenance house of 4 crazy dogs (2 older and 2 puppies) and throughout all of our visits and emergencies they have been wonderful. You can tell they actually care about their patients' well-being and not just about collecting a check. Highly recommended!!
