Services
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy services focus on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving physical function through customized treatment plans. Using evidence-based techniques like manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, we address conditions such as sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain. Our therapists work one-on-one with patients to develop individualized programs that promote long-term wellness and prevent future injuries.
Dry Needling
Dry needling targets muscle trigger points to relieve chronic pain and improve mobility by releasing tension and promoting healing. Our certified therapists use thin needles to stimulate specific areas, reducing inflammation and restoring normal muscle function. This technique is often combined with manual therapy and corrective exercises to address conditions like migraines, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal pain.
Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy uses acoustic waves to accelerate healing in damaged tissues, effectively treating chronic conditions like plantar fasciitis and tendonitis. The non-invasive treatment stimulates blood flow, reduces pain, and promotes tissue regeneration. Sessions are tailored to individual needs, with intensity and frequency adjusted for optimal results and patient comfort.
Running Assessments
Our running assessments evaluate biomechanics and gait patterns to improve performance and prevent injuries. Using video analysis and hands-on evaluation, we identify inefficiencies in stride, posture, and foot strike. Personalized recommendations include corrective exercises and form adjustments to enhance running efficiency and reduce injury risk for athletes of all levels.
Sports Rehab
Sports rehabilitation focuses on recovering from athletic injuries and enhancing performance through targeted therapy. Our programs combine manual therapy, strength training, and sport-specific drills to restore mobility, rebuild strength, and prevent re-injury. Therapists work closely with athletes to ensure a safe return to play while optimizing physical capabilities.

The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone is super organized and makes the PT process easy, from scheduling your appointments to outlining your at home exercises on your off days. Within a couple of sessions my shoulders range of motion has improved and pain reduced.

Tejal is the best. She has taken care of both my daughter and myself. My daughter could barely run during soccer and now is sprinting up and down the basketball court with zero issues. Tejal customized a strength training program for her and is constantly following up to make sure she is still pain free.

Both Dr. Tejal and Dr. Jen are great. They both participated in my first visit, and interviewed me, assessing my lower back pain and problem area. Dr. Jen developed a comprehensive program that she adjusts and modifies with each visit, in order to strengthen those core muscles. The progress over just a few visits has been great.
Initially, before my first visit, with the pain I had been experiencing, I was concerned that I would have to start slowing down activities I love, like golf and racquet sports, but thankfully that isnt the case anymore!

When I first went to Body Moksha I couldn't walk barefoot, let alone play any sports. I went to many doctors and they all said I had plantar fasciitis. After trying surgery that did not help and many months in a boot, I went to Body Moksha. Within three months I was able to walk barefoot and start strength training. Dr. Tejal gave me laser therapy and different massage treatments for the pain and scar tissue, along with a physical therapy regimen each week. After 9 months with Dr. Tejal I was able to join sports and return to normal life! I am so appreciative of everything Dr. Tejal has done for

I was skeptical of what PT could do for me. Ive had sore knees forever but they recently substantially worsened. But Tejal impressed me on all levels - her knowledge of what the problem was and how to fix it, her calm and personable demeanor and the hope she instilled in me that I could heal. Im forever grateful and would highly recommend Tejal and her practice to anyone seeking to improve their every day.
