Over priced , customer service was non existent, and I was given information about which service I purchased that was incorrect. My very first bill was$210.00 for the slowest internet service they provided. There was an installation fee but that visit consisted of an employee plugging the router in to my wall, then they left... I switched to midco as a soon as possible. Would not use there services again.

Im constantly having issues with my cable boxes. I called them to get the issue resolved and they said they were to come out the morning after Thanksgiving holiday. They do not call and they do not show. When I do call back and express my frustrations regarding the fact that I pay $150 a month for the services and how all of the recordings that were on my dvr were once again deleted due to faulty box. I get told all that they can do to make the situation right is to give me a $2.70 credit. What a slap in the face. I guess being a loyal customer means nothing to some places. I work in the customer
