Very poor customer service !!!
i bought a Scott's pump zero electric sprayer on Amazon. After only using it a couple of times the power cord got extremely hot and started to smell,
for safety reasons i decided not to use it and called the Fountain Head Group Inc main office. The Fountain Head Group Inc said they would send me out a new power cord under the warranty. when i never received the replacement cord i called them back to let them know i never got a replacement in the mail.
so then they wanted to charge for a new one. So as of now i have a pump sprayer i cant even use.
what a waste

Never come to this place my Fellow drivers, they took 6 hours of my time & Im not yet loaded. On top of that they rude they have no clue of respect .

Sprayer failed after four months of spraying four fruit trees. Their customer service wrongly claims that their manual requires the customer to take the sprayer apart to "service" it after just a few uses. There is no repair service.

Didnt get loaded until 6 hours after our appt time, workers were the rudest Ive ever seen in my 11 years of hauling, parking insufficient for the amount of appt times - will never come back here. One poor guys appt was yesterday at 4 and its 2:23pm the next day and I just heard him ask if they knew anything and the dock manager said Nope, I sure dont as he was walking away.
