Ronald J. D’Aiuto Retired

Ronald J. D'Aiuto joined the Freeman Firm in 1988 and became a principal shortly thereafter. After a long and successful career, he retired from the firm in 2002. Prior to being admitted to the bar in 1980, Mr. D'Aiuto had a distinguished career in the United States Air Force. He was a Colonel from 1953-1977 and a Fighter Pilot with Four Tours of Combat (Quemoy Straits 1956, Southeast Asia 1967, 1971, 1972-1973).
Michael L. Gurev

Michael L. Gurev serves as the firm's managing attorney. He heads the Freeman Firm's transactional department, which encompasses real estate and commercial transactions, and business entity formation, organization, financing, and acquisitions. Michael N. Morlan has been a litigator for over 20 years. Mr. Morlan's years of experience contribute to his ability to provide the Freeman Firm's clients with legal services of the highest quality. Mr. Morlan has represented individuals, business entities, governmental entities, and large corporations, including British Petroleum, Atlantic Richfield, Toys R Us, and The Limited retail group.
